First, I was transferred to India where "Jeff" did nothing but get my phone number, address and personal info (why they would need this to give a quote is unnecessary. Obviously they are just adding me to a mailing list). Then I was transferred to an American who wanted all the info again. He refused to help me without me giving him all the information again. He was rude as hell and actually said (and I quote) "If you want Dish, you have to give me all the information I want". I didn't necessarily want Dish... I wanted a quote, but after dealing with their Customer Service, Dish can fuck themselves. Corporate will be getting a letter from me. On to Comcast... DISH NETWORK SUCKS!!!
