So are you going to get rid of your iPhone and switch to another carrier?
Contemplating whether or not I want to first present a little letter to the Apple Store. I am bearing in mind that, years ago, I had some pretty bad experiences at other providers’ stores. I had no problems with my iPhone for 10 months. But I had one bad experience with support, and I have an idea of how to switch without it costing me anything.
