1. Aremid is recovering after having spent two days at the vet. He had lots of pricey test performed on him, but, in the end, it seems he simply had a very nasty bacterial infection. So it was a good thing that I finally brought him to the vet on Tuesday.

2. There was the hint of something positive going on, and, as is my wont, I think I have already sabotaged it.
