  The sad part is, having grown up around fundamentalist Christianity, I’m not at all shocked when I read or her stuff like this.

  I wish I still had the link, but I recently read on the website of some Christian medical/heath website that Christians should avoid feeding soy products to children because soy has been “proven” (no statistics available, of course) to make boys gay.
