Damn me and my constant news-reading. Inevitably, I come across a story like this (don’t click on link if you don’t want to get angry or depressed), and I’m left numb and can’t focus on anything else.

That story is completely disturbing.
There were quite a number of parents who killed their own children (on purpose) here in Charlotte, about a month or two. It seemed like any time I watched the local news, there were 3 or 4 reports related to these kinds of stories.
