One of the selections from the Angel soundtrack currently spinning in the soundtrack of my mind:

It had been awhile since I had purchased a CD, let alone a soundtrack CD with stirring instrumentals to add to the soundtrack of my life. I found a CD at Barnes & Noble yesterday, Angel: Music for the TV Series. I never got into Angel like I did Buffy, barely watching any of the last two seasons. But the music, I knew would be great. And there are indeed some deeply moving tracks interspersed with bombastic apocalyptic ones. The track playing now Home is on par with Sacrifice from the Buffy CD, for sheer melacholia. I need music that matches my mood, always have, and that’s not something I wish to change.
I think I still have some more cat pictures unposted (dear Lord, Toastie), but in the meantime, I finally have some pictures of family posted. They’re three to five years old, but I don’t have many pictures of my family.

Just chalked up $96 for two tickets to see Bryan Adams at AllTel on October 15. Have to sit through Def Leppard too. I shall have to find someone to go with me. The first CD I ever bought was Wakin Up the Neighbours.
Lots and lots of pictures of my sister’s cat Winston from when I got him from a Petersburg, VA Petsmart in 2002
There are lots, especially from the car trip back to Durham, but he’s really cute. You can also get a glimpse of my then-girlfriend Holly, whom I see no reason to excise from these pictures.

Pics I took of a neighbor cat back in 2002
(yes, I realize these are not particularly interesting, just trying to get all of my digital pics online…then I’ll scan old pictures…then I’ll figure out how to take good pictures, not necessarily in this order)
