I took Aremid to the Petsmart vet, since you get a free exam during wellness hours and just pay for the vaccinations, or, in my case, $13.50 for special tartar-control treats that the vet pushed on me. I was glad to find that Aremid is doing just fine. He has not gained weight as I had feared; he’s a healthy 11.5 lbs. His only problem is some gingivitis, which I can’t afford to treat right now.
